User Performing Touch Toe and Knees-to-Chest Exercise.

Over 15 other exercises in the vertical, horizontal and seated positions, along with unlimited flexion, extension and lateral movements, can be performed beneath the water level.  You can also vary the intensity of the exercise routine of the Pool/Spa Model by changing the amount of floatation cushions in each float section.
